Set up in three steps

  1. 01

    Connect Zendesk

Sign in to Zendesk from Capstan, or paste a key. Capstan stores it encrypted and never shares it between agents.

  2. 02

    Choose what it may do

Every action starts as read-only or asks-first. Loosen it per agent once you trust the runs.

  3. 03

    Add it to an agent

Mention Zendesk when you describe a job, or add it to an existing agent's tools.
